Lemon Turkey Cutlets Recipe Ingredients required:- 1½ lbs refrigerated boneless turkey cutlets
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg (break the egg in a separate bowl to ensure it's fresh), beaten
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh onion
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Lemon Turkey Cutlets Recipe Instructions & Tips:Rinse cutlets with cold water and use paper towels to pat dry. Sprinkle the cutlets with salt and pepper. Place flour in a medium bowl. Combine egg (break the egg in a separate bowl to ensure it's fresh) and lemon juice together in another medium bowl. Mix bread crumbs and fresh onion in a third medium bowl. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Taking the cutlets in batches, dip them into the flour, then the egg and finally the bread crumbs. Place the cutlets in the hot oil and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side, until brown.
