Stuffed Turkey Breast Recipe Ingredients required:- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 small fresh onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 1/2-oz. pkg. croutons with real bacon bits
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 5 lbs hole uncooked turkey
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 24" x 26" piece of cheesecloth
- dry white wine

Stuffed Turkey Breast Recipe Instructions & Tips:Carefully combine margarine, fresh onion, celery, croutons, broth, parsley, and poultry seasoning Cut turkey breast in thick slices from breastbone to rib cage, leaving slices attached to bone. 3. Shake and Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper. Soak cheesecloth in wine. Place and arrange turkey on cheesecloth. Stuff bread mixture into slits between turkey slices. Gently fold one end of cheesecloth over the other to cover meat. Place and arrange on metal rack or trivet in 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker. Cover. Cook on Low 7-9 hours or until tender. Carefully pour additional wine over turkey during cooking. Extract or remove from pot and remove cheesecloth immediately. If you prefer the breast to be browner, remove from pot and brown in 400° oven for 15-20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing through and serving.
