Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe Ingredients required:- 224g cooked egg (break the egg in a separate bowl to ensure it's fresh) noodles
- 30g butter
- 1 6oz can sliced mushrooms
- 6g salt
- 0.3g pepper
- 280g chopped cooked turkey
- 1 10.75oz can condensed cream of celery soup
- 230g sour cream
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese

Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe Instructions & Tips:Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Melt butter in a large heavy skillet. Saute mushrooms for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in turkey, condensed soup, and sour cream. Place and arrange cooked noodles in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Carefully pour sauce mixture evenly over the top. Shake and Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling.
