| Turkey Legs Recipe | Turkey Legs Recipe Ingredients required:- 4 Turkey legs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, powder
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 – 6oz can mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups wild rice, cooked
- 2 cups petite peas, cooked

| Turkey Legs Recipe Instructions & Tips:Season the turkey legs with salt, pepper, garlic and poultry seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Brown turkey legs over medium heat. When nicely brown, add chopped fresh onion, white wine, basil, thyme, marjoram, bouillon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for allotted time or until turkey legs are tender. Transfer turkey legs to serving platter. To the sauce in the skillet add, cooked rice, cooked peas and drained mushrooms. Cook turkey legs about 10 minutes longer.
