 Harvest Turkey Stew Recipe

Harvest Turkey Stew Recipe Ingredients required:
  • 3 cups Honeysuckle White Smoked Turkey Breast, cubed, cooked
  • 1 large zucchini squash
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 large fresh onion
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 (8-ounce) can of tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Cut up all vegetables


Time: 1 hour
Serves: 6

Harvest Turkey Stew Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Place oil in large pot and heat. Add the cut-up fresh vegetables and keep stirring for 5 minutes. Place in tomatoes and enough water to cover. Add salt and pepper. Cover and let cook slowly until veggies are cooked (approximately 45 minutes); turn contents occasionally.
    Drain peas and add just before stew is done. Add the cubed cooked turkey and warm through.
