Microwave Turkey Soup Recipe Ingredients required:- 2 turkey legs with thighs
- 1/2 cup pearl barley
- 1 med. fresh onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup carrots, scrubbed & sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper

Microwave Turkey Soup Recipe Instructions & Tips:Place and arrange turkey in deep 5 quart casserole and cover with 2 1/2 quarts hot water. Microwave on high 45 minutes. Extract or remove turkey and separate meat from bone and skin. Return meat to casserole, discard skin and bone. Mix remaining ingredients detailed in the recipe into casserole with stock, cover. Microwave on high 45 to 50 minutes. Stir well to evenly combined 2 times during cooking. Let set 5 minutes and serve.
