Turkey Chowder Recipe Ingredients required:- 1/2 cup Chopped fresh onion
- 1 cup Sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons Margarine
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 5 cups Turkey or chicken broth
- 2 Potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1 cup Sliced zucchini
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened apple juice
- 3 cups Cooked chopped turkey
|  Time: 1 hour Serves: 6 - 8

Turkey Chowder Recipe Instructions & Tips:Saute the fresh onion and celery in the margarine. Add the flour, salt, pepper and thyme. Gradually add the broth. Add the potatoes and carrots. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add the zucchini, apple juice, and turkey. Continue cooking over low heat for 10 minutes.
