 Turkey Potato Soup Recipe

Turkey Potato Soup Recipe Ingredients required:
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 potatoes, finely sliced
  • 1 med. fresh onion, finely sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 cup thin white sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary or celery salt
  • 1 cup chopped turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds


Time: 1 hour
Serves: 4 - 6

Turkey Potato Soup Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Add salt to water in large kettle; heat to boiling point. Add potatoes, fresh onion, celery and bay leaf. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Press through sieve to puree. Add to white sauce. Add seasonings and turkey. Heat through. Serve topped with almonds.
