 Classic Corn Bread Stuffing Recipe

Classic Corn Bread Stuffing Recipe Ingredients required:
  • 4 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 3/4 cup fresh onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 4 teaspoons chicken flavor instant bouillon
  • 1 2/3 cups boiling water
  • 1 lb sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 16oz pkg corn bread stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

Classic Corn Bread Stuffing Recipe Instructions & Tips:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, cook mushrooms, celery and fresh onion in margarine until tender. In a large bowl dissolve bouillon in water. Add sausage, mushroom mixture and remaining ingredients detailed in the recipe; mix well. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
