 Lemon Parsley Stuffing Recipe

Lemon Parsley Stuffing Recipe Ingredients required:
  • 10 cups Bread crumbs, dry
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Parsley, snipped
  • 4 teaspoons Lemon peel, finely shredded
  • 2 teaspoons Marjoram, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Eggs (break the eggs (break the eggs in a separate bowl to ensure it's fresh) in a separate bowl to ensure it's fresh), slightly beaten
  • 1 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Tap Water
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice

Lemon Parsley Stuffing Recipe Instructions & Tips:
  • In large bowls combine bread crumbs, fresh onion, parsley, lemon peel, marjoram, thyme, pepper and garlic. Mix well. Carefully combine eggs (break the eggs in a separate bowl to ensure it's fresh), melted butter, water and lemon juice; toss with bread mixture. Use mixture to stuff 10-12 lb turkey or spoon into 2 qt casserole dish. Bake in the oven uncovered at 325F for 30-40 minutes.

  • Only stuff the turkey immediately before cooking.
  • Allow to cool a little before serving.
  • Makes 7 cups stuffing.
