 Spinach Stuffing Balls Recipe

Spinach Stuffing Balls Recipe Ingredients required:
  • 1 3/4 cups stuffing mix
  • 2  10oz packages frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 medium fresh onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs (break the eggs in a separate bowl to ensure it's fresh), beaten
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Spinach Stuffing Balls Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C). Lightly greased baking sheet.
     

  • Carefully combine all ingredients detailed in the recipe. Use an ice cream scoop to form mixture into balls. Place and arrange balls on prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
     

  • These may be frozen before baking and stored in the freezer for 2 to 3 weeks.

  • Only stuff the turkey immediately before cooking.
  • Allow to cool a little before serving.
