 Spinach Stuffing Recipe

Spinach Stuffing Recipe Ingredients required:
  • 8 pk Frozen chopped spinach cooked, retain liquid
  • 1 Onion sauteed in 2 tablespoons, oil
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • 4 cups Grated swiss cheese
  • 8 Eggs (break the eggs (break the eggs in a separate bowl to ensure it's fresh) in a separate bowl to ensure it's fresh)
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 3 cups Bread crumbs

Serves: 12 - 16

Spinach Stuffing Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Prepare the stuffing on Christmas Eve (see stuffing recipes page).
    If the turkey is frozen, you will need to thoroughly defrost it before Christmas Eve. This will take approximately 3 days. Defrost it slowly in the bottom of the fridge.

  • For cooking times please see above.
  • Only stuff the turkey immediately before cooking.
  • Allow to cool a little before serving.
  • This recipe will stuff a 20 lb. turkey

  • Serve with Turkey and your choice of vegetables
  • Goes well with white wine
  • Great for a Thanksgiving or Christmas Meal
