- 8 celery stalks, coarsely chopped
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
- Poultry seasoning
- Parsley, sage, thyme
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cups vegetarian broth
- 1 package Seasoned Stuffing

| Vegan Stuffing Recipe Instructions & Tips:Sauté onions, celery, mushrooms, and water chestnuts in a water, vegetable broth, wine or beer. Cook until onions are soft. Place stuffing mix in a bowl and add fresh onion, celery, mushrooms, water chestnut mixture. Add poultry seasoning, parsley, sage, thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Heat vegetable broth. Add slowly to stuffing mix and stir till thoroughly moistened. Place and arrange in lightly oiled 10 inch covered casserole. Bake in the oven in 325° oven for 30 minutes.
